INSURANCE
We encourage customers to ensure their goods. If a customer did not buy any insurance for his goods being shipped, Omega international will be responsible for up to $500 per bill of landing in case of damage or theft.
Customer must inspect their goods/ items in front of our agent at destination and filled out the claim form if items are missing or damage.
Any claim made after leaving our warehouse / plant is not valid, all claims have to be directed to the main office in USA.
